Kyle Yates, a Fort Myers, Florida native, is one of pickleball’s most seasoned veterans despite being just 28 years old. Yates began playing competitive pickleball in 2012 and excelled in the sport’s infancy – including winning gold medals in four straight US Open Pickleball Championships from 2016-2019. Yates first joined the APP in 2021 and has continued to be one of the sport’s elite men’s pros – including winning two-straight men’s pro doubles golds to begin the 2023 season.
